As a Help Desk Analyst, my job responsibilities were:

* Keeping current all MIS Departmental Documentation including information regarding department shipping receiving logs, FAQ’s database and system specific procedural information
* Supported applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Exchange (e-mail), Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, QuarkXPress and applications written in Progress and Visual Basic programming languages
A year later, I received his second promotion to System Administrator.
My job responsibilities were:
* Managed and maintained records for third party company running 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support for users
* Had oversight of records for company IT inventory and supplies
* Participated in major projects involving both hardware and software aspects of IT Technology by utilizing Microsoft Project 2003
* Maintained and managed network devices, Citrix Servers, Exchange 5.5 Server, print and file servers
* Partnered with Vendors specializing in Telecommunications Systems
* Responsible for effectively troubleshooting remote user problems via phone * Sustained remote connectivity for traveling users
*Trained and supervised new Help Desk Analysts
